About a month ago, Google won the exclusive right to negotiate with San Jose City to buy 16 pieces of land near the San Jose Convention Center and the hockey field.
Google and its trading partner in the deal, the real estate giant Trammell Crow, has spent more than $ 100 million to buy land in San Jose.
After the completion of these acquisitions, employees in the Google Bay area will be able to spread to San Francisco from San Francisco to a large area, while Google rivals Apple and Facebook staff still need to gather together.
